About PayPal & Credit Card Payments
Vee Two does not ask for, or store your credit card information on our website and server. All credit card payments for purchases in our online store are processed securely at PayPal.com. You do not need to create a PayPal account when paying with your card. PayPal will offer to create an account for you, but you can simply ignore this. If you do have a PayPal account then you can sign in there as you normally do.
About Prices
All prices on this websites are displayed in Australian Dollars AUD and include GST (sales tax). This will be removed during checkout for international buyers. Please use an online convertor such as XE.com if you wish to check a price in your own currency.
About Shipping
For the large majority of shipping we use Australia Post Express for Australian and overseas shipping. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order is sent off. For larger items that require a specialist courier we will notify manually by email with tracking information.
Are all parts in your store available?
If a part is temporarily out of stock it will show as such and not be able to be ordered. You can contact us to confirm when the part will be available. This will usually be no longer than 4 weeks. Some more complex items such as Dry Clutch Conversion Kits are stocked in low numbers and there is quite often a lead time for shipment.
What is a credit on return (COR)?
Items such as a lightened and balanced crankshaft assembly are exchange only. You have the choice to arrange to have your old item shipped to us and you will be charged the lower price. The reconditioned item will be shipped once we receive your old item. Or, you can choose to pay the higher rate. Once you return the exchange part you will be credited the difference in price once we receive the item.
